This in-person lesson is a deep dive into Yunomi.life's business history, customized to the attendees, with nothing held in confidentiality except by conflicting, pre-existing agreements (such as specific client & customer information).Ā

By participating, attendees agree to a Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement as follows:
- The Parties consist of Yunomi.life KK and all attendees.
- Confidential information consists of all information that is not readily available to the public and shall by prefaced verbally by the term "confidential".
- Obligations of each party shall consist holding and maintaining the strictest confidentiality of the information. Confidential information received should not be written, recorded, or given to any 3rd party.
- ALL Rights in Confidential Information shall remain with the Disclosing Party.
- Term of Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Receiving Party's obligation shall remain in effect until such time as the information is no longer considered a trade secret and becomes publicly available.
- Relationship: This Agreement shall not be deemed a creation of a partnership, employment relationship or joint venture of any form.
- Entire agreement: This agreement consists of the entire agreement between the parties and supercedes any oral agreements and prior writings.
- Amendments shall be delivered in writing by email or postal mail, agreed upon and signed by both parties.
- Waiver: The failure by either party to exercise any right provided in this Agreement shall not be a waiver of prior or subsequent rights.
- Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Severability: If any court determines that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
