SOYJOY Breakfast Bar Matcha & Macademia Nuts
Iāve been eating these matcha soy-basedĀ bars for breakfast for quite a while now. While not artisanal in anyway, they are great on the go. Iād like Yunomiās matchaholic fans to enjoy what we have here in Japan, so itās available now. ~Ian, Yunomi Tea Merchant
From Otsuka Pharmaceuticalās press release about this gluten-free matcha and macademia nut flavored breakfast bar:

About Low GI Foods
'GI' stands for 'glycemic index,' a measurement of how carbohydrates and sugars in foods affect blood sugar levels. A low GI indicates gradual absorption of carbohydrates, which is said to offer benefits for weight control. Foods with a glycemic index of 55 or less are considered low GI. All SOYJOY products are recognized as low GI foods.
