This warmly toasty Japanese roasted tea powder from Chiran is perfect for making hojicha lattes and for baking. 

For lattes shift the power with a sieve, then whisk the powder into hot water like you would do with  matcha. Finally pour the mixture over milk and add sweetening if preferred.
