An unusually generous amount of strawberry is used in the blend — nearly as much strawberry as tea leaves — creating a soft fruit character that naturally complements the mellow roasted notes of Japanese wakocha.

The result is smooth and comforting, with warm strawberry notes layered over a gentle black tea base.

Tea leaves are selected from small tea fields in Kasuga, reflecting the seasonal character of each harvest.

Production remains small, and much of the tea is consumed locally.
